What is the opportunity?

Provide Treasury and Capital Markets subject matter expertise across CM/TS strategic initiatives, with particular focus on asset and liability reporting and FTP enhancements, enabling a deeper understanding of funding requirements, liquidity (sources and uses) and a more liquidity aligned, competitive, and transparent attribution model of funding costs for CM businesses.

What will you do?

  • Conduct analytical reviews and deep dives into key business activities to identify funding and liquidity characteristics for asset-liability reporting and funds transfer pricing
  • Collaborate with teams to formalize and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Conduct and guide data gap analysis, profiling, and sourcing for various systems and platforms
  • Represent TS in project working groups

What you need to succeed?

  • MBA or Undergraduate/Post-graduate in finance-related degree
  • Extensive experience in Treasury and Capital Markets, derivatives, FTP, financial reporting and data management
  • History of involvement in transformational and complex projects
  • Track record of working with complex data sets and highly profficient in analytic tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, able to cope with a high pressure work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
