Customer SolutionsBMO GAM’s Responsible Investment team oversees the firm’s ESG initiatives and supports all investment teams in integrating ESG considerations into the investment process. In addition to supporting investment processes, the team owns and executes on BMO GAM’s firm wide commitments to responsible investment, develops thought leadership on emerging ESG topics and employs a progressive approach to stewardship and active ownership activities. The team works with both internal and external stakeholders across all sales channels in both asset management and the wider wealth businesses.
The Vice President, Social Equality, Responsible Investment conducts investment research to support stewardship, portfolio and business objectives including the development of new investment, corporate engagement and thought leadership strategies. They work closely with investment teams and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure BMO GAM contributes to and advances social equality in our investments, operations and industry.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
