Vice President, Sales Bilingual English & Mandarin

TheVP Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious partner acquisition and AUM objectives. The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be consulting with Advisors via phone, virtually and in person. They will provide valuable market insight, product overviews, and information to assist advisors in understanding the value of including Pier 4 REIT in their clients portfolios. This individual will be a self-starter, highly motivated and thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Create and implement a sales plan in collaboration with sales leader.
  • Support the sales team by proactively following up on meetings, road shows, and events.
  • Initiate phone and digital contact with Advisors and potential partners to expand and identify new relationships within the financial advisor network.
  • Provide valuable advice and information regarding Pier 4 to support Advisors in a continuously changing business environment.
  • Effectively provide ongoing support to Advisors with respect to fund & market trends.
  • Update daily activities and maintain accurate Advisor records within CRM in a timely manner.
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets and annual production goals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of Pier 4s investment offerings, market trends, competitive offerings and industry best practices.
  • Build relationships with Advisors through high-quality, pro-active interactions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for Real Estate and Alternative Investments.

Education, Experience and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or certificate in related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar sales capacity.
  • Be self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly as well as to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability in verbal and written communications.
