What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related experience. An MBA or graduate work is desirable. CPA, CIA, or related certifications are encouraged.
  • Over 10 years of experience in corporate Accounting/Finance, including general accounting, tax, financial analysis, or audits. At least 7 years of leadership managing large, dispersed teams or projects, influencing senior management.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, FAS, Tax regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and familiarity with international labor laws and financial regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize under pressure. Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, business maturity, strategic vision, and independence. Willingness to travel occasionally.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Manage international finance and accounting activities, translate strategic goals into departmental objectives, and develop plans aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee relationships with auditors and local financial staff, analyze operations, budgets, and identify profit opportunities.
  • Lead regional finance teams, maintain financial records, analyze reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Core Duties:
  1. Communication: Share company vision, provide feedback, promote teamwork.
  2. Planning: Define scope, plan resources, align with corporate goals.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance.
  4. Budgeting & Expenses: Develop budgets, review expenses, negotiate contracts.
  5. Mergers & Acquisitions: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and oversee integrations.
  6. Operational Performance: Review performance, recommend growth or resolution strategies.
  7. Administration & Mentoring: Ensure compliance, develop teams, and succession planning.

This role is hybrid, requiring both virtual and in-person work at an assigned office location, with a minimum of two days per week.
