As the Vice President of Workforce Solutions, you'll have the opportunity to lead and transform our division delivering services to workers and enterprise customers across North America with full P&L responsibility.
You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving innovation, operational excellence, and growth. In this role, you will :
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a dynamic team of 10-12 employees
- Influence short-term and long-term business strategies, shaping the future of Procom's Workforce Solutions division
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the Workforce Solutions division, including all aspects of people management, including recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
- Responsible for strategy development and execution across the Workforce Solutions division
- Establish and execute a robust sales strategy to drive growth and market expansion
- Develop and implement an efficient operations model to enhance service delivery and profitability
- Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs and risk management for large enterprise programs
- Oversee all aspects of the Workforce Solutions division and work closely with partner functions, including finance, operations, sales, and customer relations
- Foster a culture of accountability, autonomy, performance and continuous improvement, aligned with the Company's CREDO values
- Collaborate with other executive team members to align the division's strategy with overall company goals
Minimum Requirements :
- Proven experience in a people leadership capacity, with accountability for coaching and managing teams
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Experience working and influencing at the C-level, both for internal and customer relationships
- Experience in P&L management for a large-scale operation
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence
- An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Proven ability to translate business goals into well-defined performance plans for the team and actively manage progress on the goals throughout the performance year
- Proven ability to establish effective and collaborative relationships across the company that drive team alignment and execute strategic operations
- Utilizes exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills when interacting with others
- Willingness to travel quarterly for customer or internal meetings

- Leadership experience within a business process outsourcing or managed services program, including program design, sales and operations responsibilities
- Strong background in workforce management, EOR / AOR, or related industries
- Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset, analytical capabilities and a passion for driving growth and revenue
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Deep understanding of North American workforce trends and regulations
- Knowledge of human capital tax and compliance issues, as related to global or domestic employment laws, tax regulations and worker classification issues
