- Lead Software Engineering within our product development team.
- Guide and grow our teams to improve quality, development speed and confidence.
- Partner with the Product team to drive road-map planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with key standards through a mature SDLC.
- Set and manage operating metrics that drive business value.
- Help scale our team with world-class talent and build functions for career growth.
- Collaborate across departments to support technical and customer success.
- Join our Senior Leadership Team and shape company strategy across the business.
