Versance.ai is hiring a VP of Revenue to take immediate ownership of our go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on sales leadership role for a high-performing operator who can drive revenue from day one—closing deals, deploying clients, and working directly with the CEO and our business development team to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling into public companies and understands the investor relations, compliance, and communication pressures they face. You know how to build trust with lean executive teams who value responsiveness, clarity, and speed.
Over time, this role evolves into a strategic leadership position—building sales structure, developing the team, and leading Versance.ai into its next growth phase.
This role includes a significant revenue share component, meaningful equity, and a clear path to promotion to Chief Revenue Officer. If you’re ready to lead from the front and can handle the size of our opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are
You’ve sold into public companies—especially small and micro-cap issuers—and understand how to build credibility with executives who juggle lean resources, strict disclosure obligations, and high investor expectations.
You’ve worked with C-level leaders (CEO, CFO, IR) and sold software or services in high-trust, compliance-sensitive markets. You also bring experience in at least two of the following four areas:
