Job Title:VP of People

About the Company:We're partnered with a growing Series B/FinTech (~$125M raised to-date) that currently has 140 employees and plans to expand to 180 before the end of 2025.

They value strong HR leadership that is both strategic and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:You will be responsible for shaping the organizational structure and resource allocation for the people function as the company scales. This role requires a thought partner to navigate a significant roadmap ahead.

Qualifications:

Strong background in strategic and operational HR functions.

Experience in performance management and organizational design.

Ability to drive change quickly.

Business acumen with a track record of success in high-performance environments.

Adaptability and readiness to tackle challenges.

Interview Process:The process includes a phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, a case presentation to a panel, and meetings with various leaders before an offer is made.

Compensation:Base + equity (Flexible)
