The Role : VP of Marketing

We’re looking for a visionary, hands-on VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts from our Vancouver HQ. You’ll be the strategic force behind EviSmart’s brand, growth, and go-to-market execution—crafting campaigns that resonate, drive adoption, and position us as the definitive category leader in dental AI and workflow innovation.

You will oversee all facets of marketing including brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, public relations, and customer acquisition. This role demands both left- and right-brain thinking : you’ll define high-level strategy and also roll up your sleeves to build and ship marketing that drives results.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute our global marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Build and optimize a scalable go-to-market engine with a focus on revenue growth
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft compelling messaging for complex products aimed at non-technical buyers
• Design, launch, and analyze multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Lead all public relations, brand positioning, and communication efforts
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Represent marketing at the executive level, providing insights that influence company-wide decisions

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
