Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic food and beverage operations across its Canadian properties. You will oversee corporate F&B personnel, ensure brand and quality standards, and guide expansions of brands and venues.

The role requires a proven track record in high-level F&B management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-site teams in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in senior management role in food and beverage or hospitality.
• Minimum 10 years of hospitality or similar management experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site food and beverage operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue targets and profitability across F&B while controlling costs.
• Defines standards and guidelines for front and back of house across sites.
• Implements KPIs and drives continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
