Join Our Client's Team as Vice President of Finance and Technology
Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Vice President of Finance and Technology to join their executive leadership team. This pivotal role combines strategic financial oversight with technological innovation to drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the Finance and Technology Services teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  2. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to ensure long-term sustainability and fiscal responsibility.
  3. Digital Transformation: Spearhead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the Board, Ministry, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  5. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications
  1. CPA/CGA designation (mandatory) with 7+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  2. Proven track record in managing both finance and technology functions within complex organizations.
  3. Strong understanding of public sector funding models and experience working in unionized environments.
  4. Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects and driving innovation.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.

COMPENSATION:
  • Base Salary: $160,000K
  • Performance Bonus: 10% target
  • Benefits: PSP Pension, 4 weeks vacation, 3 personal days
  • Location: Toronto (Mid-Town) 3-4 days a week onsite
