Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives while providing strategic guidance to leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate performance tracking and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, optimizing capital structure and cash flow to support operations.
• Assess financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance internal controls for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, leveraging technology to improve financial processes and collaborating with stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or similar field of study
• CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a senior accounting/leadership role
