YOURE JUST AS GOOD WITH strategy AS YOU ARE WITH relationships.

The Opportunity

You're one of those rare individuals who can seamlessly blend business acumen with exceptional leadership and people skills. On one hand, you're a visionary strategist with deep expertise in mortgage lending product development and broker management. On the other hand, you've got a knack for building strong relationships and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

As the Vice President of National Sales, you'll be responsible for leading the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams at Bridgewater Bank. You'll shape the broker and customer experience, drive innovation in lending products, and elevate the Bridgewater Bank brand in the market. Reporting directly to the President, you'll be a key member of the executive leadership team.

The Team You've Been Looking For

Bridgewater Bank is more than a financial institution; we're a team of passionate people who care deeply about helping others succeed. Unlike traditional banks, we have no branches. This means less time managing logistics and more time focused on providing straightforward, honest service and smart financial solutions that support our clients in reaching life's biggest milestones.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of AMA, we share a proud legacy of service and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers, communities, and each other. At Bridgewater Bank, you'll be part of a nimble, forward-thinking organization where your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and your growth is encouraged. We're driven to make a positive impact, and our close-knit culture values flexibility, innovation, and genuine connection. As part of the Bridgewater team, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary and flexible benefits
  • Employer-paid retirement savings program
  • Employee-exclusive discounts on travel, insurance, memberships, and more
  • Free travel medical insurance for you and your immediate family
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Flexible work models that make sense for your lifestyle

Who You Are

  • You’re a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable product and sales strategies.
  • You believe in the power of collaboration and know how to bring cross-functional teams together to achieve big goals.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead the Sales and Marketing functions to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Champion the Bridgewater Bank brand and align strategies with product and experience goals.
  • Product Strategy & Execution: Own the product roadmap for the mortgage lifecycle, including Gateway and other lending products. Lead product development and execution in alignment with profitability targets and capital constraints.
  • Broker Experience Leadership: Own the end-to-end broker and customer experience across all channels. Champion digital enablement and self-service capabilities in partnership with Technology.
  • Organizational Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across Product, Marketing, and Sales. Support organizational design to align with strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Credit Risk to ensure seamless execution and risk management. Represent the voice of the broker and customer in executive forums.

What You Bring to the Table
