We’re looking for a strategic, creative-minded VP, Group Account Director to lead an exceptional account services team at a leading agency in Edmonton. This senior role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, business growth, and creative excellence, with a proven track record in integrated, 360° campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of Group Account Directors, Account Directors, and AEs.
  • Act as the senior partner to clients—guiding strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering creative solutions that move the needle.
  • Champion creative ideas and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Oversee account financials—scoping, forecasting, staffing, and profitability.
  • Steer the development of integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, social, and emerging channels.
  • Lead new business efforts and pitch strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in senior account leadership roles within integrated or creative agencies.
