Position Overview

The Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, Planning & Analysis will oversee enterprise planning, forecasting, and strategic project execution for IGM. This role involves consolidating plans, communicating with senior leadership, managing expenses, and supporting strategic initiatives to align financial and corporate goals.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Lead annual and quarterly financial forecasts, monitor performance, and optimize planning processes.
  • Expense Management: Drive expense control and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic priorities and execute strategic projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA, CFA, or accounting designation preferred.
  • 10+ years in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Experience in financial institutions or asset/wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth and asset management products and markets.
  • Proven ability to develop financial strategies that drive growth.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and decision support.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
