Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Information Technology & Cyber Security Officer, the VP of Business Support Systems (BSS) will develop and drive IT strategies to meet business goals, enhance customer experience, and lead a national team of IT professionals, leveraging third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals; ensure effective technical roadmaps with a customer-centric approach; optimize IT stacks including CRM, billing, and provisioning systems; oversee Enterprise IT Architecture.
  2. Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders; negotiate vendor agreements; collaborate with Finance and HR on initiatives.
  3. Business Support: Partner with business units to structure programs and portfolios; act as a trusted advisor to shape strategic inputs.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure BSS systems are secure, reliable, and current; enhance customer experience; implement proactive incident management; leverage DevOps, automation, machine learning, and AI.
  5. Budget Management: Meet financial targets; oversee budgets; identify cost optimization opportunities.
  6. Talent Management: Attract, develop, and retain IT talent; promote diversity and inclusion; plan for succession.
Qualifications
  • Executive experience in IT, with a focus on customer experience and strategic planning.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale IT transformations and modernization efforts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
