Job summary

Jim Pattison Volvo Cars North Vancouver is seeking a Level 1 or Level 2 Apprentice Service Technician for our Service Department. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Volvo vehicles, learn from seasoned technicians, and progress through your apprenticeship while contributing to quality work.

Eligibility includes completion of Level 1 or 2 Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in BC, a valid BC Driver’s License, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Completed Level 1 or 2 Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in British Columbia.
• Valid BC Driver’s License with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles following manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections with accurate documentation.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and communicate findings to the service team.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Coordinate with parts and service advisors to manage timelines and warranty labeling.
