Friends of Ruby is seeking passionate volunteers to support 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 16-29. This role involves creating inclusive spaces and providing essential services like counselling and community programming. Join us to make a lasting impact in the lives of marginalized youth.
Friends of Ruby is dedicated to supporting the well-being of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 16-29 through mental health services, social programs, and housing. We operate a Youth Drop-In Centre, offering barrier-free counselling, hot meals, and community programming, and a Transitional Home, providing emergency and long-term housing with life-skills support.

Additional Requirements
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check clearance is required. Additional information (e.g., resume, references, etc.) may be requested depending on the category and availability of different volunteer positions.
Important Note
If you have accessed Friends of Ruby services in the past year, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying for this position as there must be a 12-month gap since your last date of service.
