Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (testimonies, teachings, interviews)
• Create short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Add engaging captions, graphics, transitions, and music
• Cut out pauses, filler words, and distractions for clear storytelling
• Align all content with the ministry’s tone: calm but powerful, Holy Spirit-led, authentic
• Deliver final videos on deadline, ready to upload

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience editing both long-form and short-form video content
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
• Ability to work independently and take feedback with a humble, teachable heart
• Alignment with Christian values and the ministry's mission
• Preferably available on a nearly full-time basis with minimal other commitments
