LOCATION : Home Office (Candidates are required to reside in Ontario and maintain a private and safe workspace, and have a high-quality internet connection)
HOURS OF WORK : 35 hours / week

Role
Reporting to the Manager, Small Business & Industry Partnerships, the Volunteer Programs Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution, administration and evaluation of WSPS volunteer programs in support of our strategic objectives. The Volunteer Program Lead will ensure that programs are delivered and evaluated consistently and contribute to the overall delivery / channel strategy for the small business segment serviced by WSPS.
Key Responsibilities
Note : Percentages refer to approximate % of time spent on each area, over the course of a given year.
1. VOLUNTEER & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS OVERSIGHT (55%)
2. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING (20%)
3. PROGRAM EVALUATION (25%)
4. CONTRIBUTES TO A HEALTHY AND SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT (at all times)
