Volunteer : Fight Hunger! Food Distribution at Ted Adcock Community Center - Half Moon Bay

Second Harvest of Silicon Valley is a private non-profit organization that distributes over 12 million pounds of food each month, serving more than 500,000 individuals, including low-income families and seniors. We rely on community volunteers to help us provide nutritious food across Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.

Location : Ted Adcock Community Center

Schedule : Every 2nd & 4th Thursday, 2 pm - 5 pm

Activities include setting up, unloading, moving food boxes, assisting clients with loading, and site cleanup. Volunteers should be able to lift 15-30 lbs., work well with diverse groups, maintain confidentiality, and follow site guidelines.
