Utilizing a community franchising approach, Linking Lives UK matches volunteers with individuals who have requested regular home visits. Local projects also organize social events and activities to combat loneliness and social isolation.

Role Description

This is an on-site volunteer role located in Cornwall, ON. The volunteer will be responsible for visiting isolated older adults in their homes to provide companionship and support. Tasks include engaging in conversations, participating in shared activities, and assisting with occasional social events and activities aimed at reducing loneliness and fostering community connections.
