Job summary

Rockstar Music Central in Fredericton, NB, is seeking a part-time Voice teacher to deliver private lessons in-person and online. You will inspire students, adapt to individual goals, and manage scheduling in a flexible, community-focused teaching environment.

Applicants should have post-secondary education, RCMs considered an asset, and educators with ECEs or Ontario certifications encouraged for rate premiums. Vehicle required for home visits. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle to travel to lessons.
• Patient, open-minded and enjoys working with children.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Encourage the joy of making music.
• Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success.
• Make learning just as fun as making music itself.
• Build a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed.
• Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson.
