YOUR CHALLENGE

2 days per week: Restocking and Operations Technician:
Coordinate and ensure the proper management of filling operations on industrial vending machines while providing outstanding customer service.

3 days per week Sales Advisor and Warehouse Clerk.
Greet customers, identify and meet their needs by offering the optimal solution;
Provide service according to the company’s standards;
Support the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Restocking and Operations Technician:

• Manage all activities related to the preparation, delivery, restocking and reception of goods dedicated to filling vending machines;
• Act as liaison between SPI staff and external agents (suppliers, customers, etc.);
• Analyze and resolve machine operating problems and maintain machines in good order;
• Participate in the implementation of inventory management systems at our customers’ sites;
• Work on continuous improvement of existing systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sales Advisor and Warehouse Clerk:

• Greet, guide and advise customers with the ultimate purpose of making sales while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
• Analyze customers’ requests and propose various products and services tailored to their specific needs;
• Present and propose services of the SPI solution and describe their benefits;
• Ensure a fast and efficient service when receiving, preparing and shipping merchandise to external customers ;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to work in a computerized environment;
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and deduction skills;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Hold a valid driver’s license (Full G) and a driving record meeting our requirements;
• Ability to drive alone in remote areas for long hours
• Ability to lift, carry, move, slide and place on the ground packages generally weighing from 15 to 50 lbs.
