Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Re-labelling bins as needed.
• Following the Feeder Bin System where appropriate.
• Placing orders - scanning parts below the re-order point.
• Scanning parts in safety stock.
• Transmitting information from a scanner into the computer via phone.
• Filling out Service Reports after each delivery.
• Filling out the Corrective Action Worksheet as necessary.
• Following the returns procedure.
• Communicating account requests and needs to Customer Relations Rep or Account Manager.
• Initiating an Inspection Request when needed.
• Sizing bins for add-ons.
• Making system changes as directed.
• Performing Work Cell Audits as directed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Language Skills

Must speak French. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, manuals. Write routine reports. Effectively communicate with customers and staff.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, compute rates, percents, and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense to carry out instructions. Handle problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
