La Vie en Rose Inc. in Canada is seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join our fashion retail team. You will design in-store displays, plan marketing initiatives, and bring our lingerie and swimwear collections to life, helping customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop marketing plans reflecting strategic vision in-store.

• Apply planograms to maximize sales potential.
• Follow best practices for visual presentation.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Your role will involve helping plan and develop marketing plans for our products as well as finding creative ways to reflect our strategic vision in-store. This involves:

• Creating window displays that grab customers’ attention;
• Showcasing products and setting up inviting displays in-store;
• Coming up with innovative ideas for promos with your team and showcasing them strategically in-store;
• Applying our planograms to maximize sales potential;
• Following best practices for visual presentation;
• Respecting and applying the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
