Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures that company visual merchandising strategies and standards are effectively implemented. Responsibilities include product presentation, styling, in-store marketing, and managing merchandise changes to enhance guest experience and drive sales. The role involves executing product stories, placement strategies, and display styling in accordance with company standards and store needs, while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life.
  • Implement brand standards through product placement, storytelling, and store navigation.
  • Create visually appealing product displays to enhance guest experience and sales.
  • Manage VM updates, including window displays, mannequins, signage, and merchandise changes.
  • Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
  • Provide feedback and training to team members on visual standards and techniques.
  • Support a respectful and inclusive team environment.
Job Requirements
Eligibility
  • Legal authorization to work in the store location.
  • Reliable transportation to the store.
Schedule & Availability
  • Flexible schedule based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
  • Experience or education in visual merchandising, fashion, graphic or interior design, or space planning.
Preferred Assets
  • High school diploma or higher; design-related education or training.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, or project management.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $22.25 - $25.60/hour, plus target bonus of $2.00/hour, totaling $24.25 - $27.60/hour. Benefits include health and dental plans, paid time off, retirement matching, discounts, fitness classes, parental support, development courses, and mentorship programs. Eligibility for these benefits depends on specific criteria, and the company reserves the right to modify them at any time.
