About SKINTIFIC

SKINTIFIC is one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in Indonesia, known for our science-driven innovation and bold approach to skincare. As we expand our offline presence across the country, we're looking for a Visual Merchandising Project Management Manager (VMPM Manager) to lead the seamless execution of our visibility efforts — from pop-up booths to in-store brand activations — across all trade channels and regions.

Role Summary

This role is unique. At SKINTIFIC, our VMPM Manager is the primary gatekeeper and final checkpoint for all VM deployment projects nationwide — ensuring every rollout is on-time, on-brand, within budget, and of high quality.

You will oversee, not execute directly, but will drive progress: identifying blind spots, resolving cross-functional roadblocks, and accelerating delivery timelines without compromising quality.

This role requires strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, a national retail mindset, and extensive experience in visual merchandising deployment within the beauty, FMCG, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end monitoring and coordination of all visibility projects (store displays, SIS booths, pop-ups) across Indonesia.
  2. Manage detailed project pipelines and ensure timely rollout — from design brief to vendor handover to final installation.
  3. Identify bottlenecks early and proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Sales, Creative, Supply Chain) to resolve issues.
  4. Oversee and manage national budgets for visibility and POSM projects; ensure cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  5. Maintain high standards of QC — from material durability to color matching and installation quality — by setting clear benchmarks for vendors.
  6. Act as the main liaison for external vendors (POSM suppliers, fabricators, installers) — from briefing and negotiation to follow-up and evaluation.
  7. Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLA) and can adapt to urgent timelines (e.g., 7-day project turnarounds).
  8. Build a strong vendor database and promote continuous vendor improvement and innovation.
  9. Serve as the main communication bridge between brand teams, trade marketing, design, sales operations, and vendors.
  10. Provide clear reporting on project status, budget utilization, and output impact.
  11. Ensure all visual executions reflect SKINTIFIC’s brand values, local beauty trends, and retail behavior.

What Success Looks Like

  • 98% on-time project delivery for all nationwide activations.
  • Deployment of high-visibility POSM and SIS displays aligned with brand aesthetic and designed to convert foot traffic into purchases.
  • Minimal rework or escalations due to strong QC and early problem detection.
  • Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments, especially urgent requests from retailers like Guardian, Watsons, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in visual merchandising or project management within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of production materials and vendor costs (e.g., roll banners, wall signage, acrylics, wood, metal).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with national rollouts in multi-channel environments (GT, MT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with store-in-store (SIS) visual strategies and high-impact space optimization.
  • Previous experience in last-minute project pitching for retail visibility placements.
