As a Merchandise Associate , you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for controlling the flow of merchandise. Your key focus is to support the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery.

• Provide an excellent shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty;
• Ensure transfer, receipt, and dispatch of goods are performed according to company procedures;
• Assist the team with tasks related to visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandise, sales, or customer service is an asset;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an exceptional customer experience;
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures safely;
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
