Job summary

Sport Chek is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to creatively execute planograms and bring merchandise to life on the sales floor. You will merge artistic flair with practical execution to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key duties include setting up window and floor displays, assisting with promotions, and maintaining fixtures while interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner. This role emphasizes a hands-on, active lifestyle and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior visual merchandising experience.
• Hands-on experience setting up window and floor displays in a retail environment.
• Passion for sports, sports fashion, and active, healthy living.
• Ability to lift/move boxes.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are creative, understand the need to execute to the plan, and can marry the two together to enhance the Sport Chek shopping experience. And, all this contributes positively to your customers’ complete experience. As such, your job will be to combine artistic flair with technical know-how for merchandising the sales floor.

Our typical hiring range is between $19.25 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
