About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for executing visual, commercial, and styling curation according to guidelines for the store. Use your trend and competitor awareness to inform and develop the store team to enhance customer experience.

A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day includes:

1. Customer Sales & Profit

• Contribute to the OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Plan and organize workload based on store activation plans in collaboration with management
• Implement global campaigns and sales activities timely
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation
• Follow up on sales reports, identify opportunities, and collaborate on actions
• Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
• Adhere to procedures and best practices across store operations

1. Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors, and influencers
• Use trend knowledge to enhance styling and product presentation

1. Team & Development

• Share knowledge, inspire, and update the team on trends and visual standards
• Coach team members to improve their visual and commercial skills
• Support routines and onboarding for new colleagues
• Organize training sessions on visual and commercial skills
• Complete relevant training programs and support store expansion projects

1. Visual & Commercial Execution

• Implement visual and styling plans based on campaigns and trends
• Manage sample selection, display, and window styling to create inspiring customer experiences
• Maintain store layout, signage, lighting, and display materials following guidelines
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Experience in improving product presentation and commercial execution
