About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for executing visual, commercial, and styling curation according to guidelines for the store. Additionally, you will use your trend and competitor awareness to inform and develop the store team, enhancing the customer experience.

A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but your responsibilities will typically include:

• Contributing to the OMNI customer experience through visual and commercial curation (In-direct)
• Representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions (Direct)
• Planning and organizing workload based on store activation plans in collaboration with store management and the Area Visual Manager
• Launching and maintaining global campaigns and sales activities timely
• Ensuring garment care, stock levels, and providing input on allocation
• Following up on sales KPIs, identifying visual and commercial opportunities
• Implementing actions to increase customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
• Adhering to procedures and best practices for OMNI services, operations, and legal requirements

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Staying updated on fashion trends, styles, and competitors
• Using trend knowledge to enhance styling and product presentation

Team & Development

• Sharing knowledge and inspiring your team with seasonal and trend updates
• Coaching and developing team skills in visual and commercial presentation
• Supporting routines and best practices to maintain standards
• Onboarding and training new colleagues
• Organizing visual and commercial upskilling sessions
• Completing relevant training modules
• Supporting store expansion and projects

Visual & Commercial Execution

• Implementing visual and styling plans based on campaigns and trends
• Managing sample picking, stockroom organization, and display execution
• Maintaining window and store displays according to guidelines
• Ensuring proper signage and lighting
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety
