Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Mississauga is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create cutting-edge visual presentations for store installations and to showcase merchandise to company standards that encourage customers to buy.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in Visual Merchandising and relevant fashion education. You will support multiple divisions and work with internal teams to maximize sell-through while maintaining visual standards and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience.
• Related Fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diploma.

Responsibilities

• Style and dress mannequins and/or hard good presentation.
• Sourcing and implementing of appropriate materials and propping.
• Adhere to corporate guidelines, standards and directives.
• Partner with various departments to execute visual initiatives.
• Re-work presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are present to maximize impact.
• Rotate aged stock into blend to assist in driving sell through.
• Orchestrate placement of signage.
• Work with external vendor specialist in merchant designated areas/departments.
• Ensure established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windows.
• Properly maintain the visual stockroom & visual and merchandising collateral.
• Respect merchandise protection standards and inventory requirements.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser creates exciting, authoritative cutting-edge visual presentations for store installations (interiors and/or windows) and presents store merchandise to company standards encouraging customers to purchase.

This Visual Merchandising position is responsible for supporting the Gift and Gourmet, Leather Goods, and Accessories divisions across the store.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
