Job summary

Structube is seeking a store-support role to manage visual presentation and daily operations across five stores in Alberta. You will help maintain brand standards, rotate product displays, and assist with layout planning to maximize sales.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and the ability to lift furniture, with evening and weekend availability. Structube offers group insurance, telemedicine, discounts, and a path for career advancement within our growing retail group.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Interior Design or Retail Management (an asset).
• Visual presentation experience (minimum 1 year).
• Apply creative thinking to your work.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and objects.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work occasionally on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily visual presentation maintenance.
• Ensure that the visual presentation of the stores meet the company standards by following guidelines established by HO.
• Replace products on a frequent basis to maximize sales potential.
• Participate in creating and styling the store product layouts.
• All other related tasks.
