A leading company in retail is seeking a Visual Merchandising Leader to drive creative direction across Canada. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful in-store displays that enhance brand image and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual merchandising, strong communication skills, and proficiency in design software.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising & Design, you will lead the creative direction of visual presentations for assigned categories in all stores across Canada. Working closely with internal partners including Buyers, Merchandise Managers, Marketing teams as well as external agencies and vendors, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful in-store installations that elevate our brand image and drive sales through the use of storytelling, branded messaging and engagement tools. You will also provide ongoing support to various departments within the organization.
