Job summary

CBI Home Health in the GTA is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support patients at home across Thornhill, Toronto, North York and Scarborough. Afternoon and weekend shifts available with flexible scheduling.

You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering in-home care with a patient-centered approach, receiving competitive per-visit compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel to patient homes required.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance.
• Ability to travel within the community – valid driver’s license, vehicle and auto insurance required.
• Travel area includes Thornhill, Toronto, North York & Scarborough.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering in-home care.
• Provide high-quality home health care with compassionate, patient-centered focus.
• Support patients to live safely and independently at home.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient goals and outcomes.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $36.17 - $38.76 per visit for RN; $30.77 - $33.36 per visit for RPN.

• As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.

What you will need to be successful

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing

• Ability to travel from home to home within the community - a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
