This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the operational performance and financial oversight of multiple active projects within industrial and commercial environments.
The role requires deep operational experience, particularly in managing large-scale projects. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operational performance and financial management of a team of 50+ staff, with responsibility for functions such as team leadership and development, resource planning, budgeting, project costing and execution, contract oversight, client coordination, and overall operational effectiveness.
A key aspect of this role is to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals and growth objectives. This includes leading organizational growth efforts by setting a strategic vision for innovation, adaptability, and alignment with the company's purpose, vision, and values.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on technical excellence and operational efficiency. They should also have engaged in self-development, particularly in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal growth.
