AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist, Vision Care to support customers across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This field-based role reports to the District Manager, Vision Care, Ontario and Prairies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science or MBA combination of experience and education required.
• 5–7 years of Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales is required.
• Candidate must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies for glaucoma and dry eye disease markets within Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Accounts and expand presence of AbbVie Vision Care products.
• Collaborate with AbbVie Medical team and Institute’s Clinical Specialist to optimize product knowledge.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to increase market share for glaucoma and dry eye portfolios.
• Conduct regular territory performance reviews and execute national marketing programs.
