What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Partner with the external Director, Insurance Sales to drive business development
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance-focused advisors within assigned territories
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and grow productive advisor relationships for the Individual Insurance Product Line
  4. Conduct seminars and case consultations to build relationships with producers
  5. Provide sales, product, and marketing support to drive sales in the life and health insurance division

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary education and/or applicable professional designation (i.e., CFP, CLU, CHFC, TEP)
  2. Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience, specifically in marketing to firms and advisors in a life insurance environment
  3. Excellent negotiation skills
  4. Proficiency in office-based software, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  5. Superior time management and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and presentation (written and oral) skills
  2. Ability to travel to various locations for meetings and/or events as required
