What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert mortgage knowledge and advice through proactive customer contact to retain and deepen relationships with mortgage renewal customers
- Manage assigned renewal leads, assessing customer financial needs and presenting tailored mortgage retention offers
- Identify and act on opportunities to deepen customer relationships with additional financial solutions
- Execute the Customer Experience Model (CEM) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and escalate concerns when necessary
- Adhere to compliance regulations and operational excellence to minimize risk exposure for the bank

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products, policies, and processes
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry or a related field
- Post-secondary degree in business/finance or a related field (considered an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and E-Signature
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience leading virtual advice discussions and assisting customers with virtual meetings (considered an asset)
