About The Role

The Virtual Intake Specialist conducts initial virtual/video consultations to determine the best services for clients. This role involves gathering information, assessing needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, providing excellent customer service and supporting operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
  1. Learn and research case types based on attorney guidelines.
  2. Assess client situations and initiate case types following attorney instructions and training.
  3. Update client information in the case management system, including follow-ups, notes, and payments.
  4. Review case pricing with clients and discuss payment options.
  5. Use approved scripts to convert leads into clients.
  6. Schedule and follow up with leads to clarify information and encourage engagement.
  7. Schedule sign-up appointments based on initial payments.
  8. Send contracts to clients before payments.
  9. Handle calls from dissatisfied clients or those requesting more information.
Qualifications
