What you’ll be doing… Our Advisors focus on customer-centric service and building strong relationships by:

• Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
• Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
• Creating comprehensive, holistic financial plans to help customers achieve their goals
• Nurturing long-term relationships
• Growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experience

What you need to succeed…

• A passion for building customer relationships and delivering excellent service
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, aligned with customer goals
• Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma
