Your Responsibilities

As a remote customer service specialist, you will:

  • Resolution – Act quickly to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth, efficient experience.
  • Education – Simplify AO Globe Life’s products and services so clients are fully informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Documentation – Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking inquiries and claims with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with the following traits:

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada (permanent residents and citizens).
  • Strong communication skills to explain information clearly.
  • Able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience in client-facing roles (customer service, sales, retail).
  • Willing to obtain HLLQP license (training provided).
