Virtual Assistant – Mortgage Lead Generation & CRM Support (Canada Market) hourly

I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me with lead generation and CRM support for my mortgage business in Vancouver, Canada. You’ll be working behind the scenes — no client calls — and helping me keep things organized and moving. No Fake leads but genuine leads.

Your tasks will include:

• Adding and updating leads in CRM, Excel sheet their number/email/name
• Sending follow-up emails or messages using templates
• Basic research and data entry
• Weekly reports of activity

Requirements:

• Strong English writing and reading
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM tools or willing to learn
• Fast and reliable internet

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with Canadian or US real estate/mortgage businesses
• Familiarity with cold email tools, social media outreach, or Reddit
