We're looking for top-tier Virtual Assistants to join our growing team - people who aren't just good but exceptional at what they do. What You'll Do
  • Manage schedules, calendars, inboxes, and travel arrangements with military precision
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Work within Construction Project Management software (Jobtread) to take administrative tasks off of our clients' plates.
  • Assist with customer service - prompt, polished, and solution-oriented
  • Help streamline processes, organize digital files, and handle day-to-day admin tasks
  • Stay five steps ahead at all times, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Detail-obsessed You catch the things others miss
  • Professional communicator Your written and verbal communication skills are A++
  • Customer service driven You go above and beyond to deliver excellence
  • Self-starter You're proactive, resourceful, and don't need hand-holding
  • Tech-savvy You're confident using productivity tools (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.)
We would consider the following additional assets
  • Construction Industry Confident We work solely with Contractors, Trades and Builders.
  • Industry experience and familiarity with Jobtread experience would be considered an asset.
  • Number Cruncher. Experience with bookkeeping tasks and experience with Quickbooks
  • Online would be considered an asset.

Compensation
