Key Responsibilities :
Calendar andemailmanagement

Creating reports or presentations

Basic bookkeeping or invoicing
Other admin or back-office support tasks
What Were Looking For :
At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, Canva, or similar
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Stable internet connection, working PC / laptop, and a quiet work environment
