Job Description

Cineplex VIP Cinemas is transforming the movie-going experience with licensed lounges, luxurious reserved seats, and a diverse menu of food and drinks. Located in an adults-only environment, our well-stocked bar offers cocktails, martinis, beer, and wine, while our menu features appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Cineplex ranks among Canada's top 15 food and beverage providers.

What you will do:

As a VIP Server, you will be an ambassador for the VIP experience, providing positive guest interactions, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest comfort. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing tables, serving food and alcohol, sharing menu knowledge, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Experience as a server
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
• Math and computer skills; second language is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with bartending for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
