Iconic Wineries of British Columbia is seeking a hands-on vineyard generalist to support daily cultivation, harvest activities, and equipment management across West Kelowna, Kelowna, and Lake Country.

You will operate tractors, perform routine vineyard tasks, and help maintain vine health while following safety procedures and PPE requirements in variable weather conditions throughout the growing season.

Competenze

• Demonstrated tractor operating experience.
• Solid mechanical understanding with ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.
• Valid B.C. driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Class 1/3 license is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg (approx. 50 lb).

• Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely across estate vineyards.
• Perform mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging, and harvest support.
• Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through fieldwork.
• Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely and efficiently across estate vineyards
• Perform key vineyard tasks including mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging, and harvest support
• Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through precise, hands-on fieldwork
• Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations
• Clean, inspect, and support routine maintenance of tractors and implements
• Ensure equipment is properly calibrated for accurate application of materials
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of agricultural products
• Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the growing season
