Job description

Overview

The Village Kids (VK) Site Leader at Langley South is responsible for leading and managing the Village Kids staff team, maintaining the operational standards and vision of Village Kids, leading kids and family events as well as owning the strategy, calendar and budget for the ministry. This person is the key touchpoint for families in VK at Langley South. They ensure that families who attend LS not only experience the best possible programming on Sunday but also have opportunities to connect to the life of Village Church beyond the Sunday morning experience. This person is ultimately responsible for building a community of leaders who are discipled and equipped in their roles to serve kids and their families.
