The Viewer Experience (VX) team is part of Disney Entertainment, responsible for support experiences across brands like Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Movies Anywhere, ABC, and more. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will provide exceptional support, resolve issues, assist with technical troubleshooting, and manage accounts and subscriptions, creating meaningful connections with viewers.
This position reports to a Toronto, Ontario location. It is part-time, with flexible hours, open 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24-hour support. The role is temporary/recurring with a contract end date.
Applicants must have access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, safe, quiet workspace. The position requires staying in one place during shifts, except for scheduled breaks. Applicants must reside in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia.
